To facilitate delivery of this information, an informational hold is placed on all registered students at three weeks into the term.
When the student then views their holds, there is a link to the Student Conduct Disclosure form where the student indicates whether they have had an offense or conviction and, if so, whether it has been reported to Student Affairs. After completing the form, the informational hold is automatically lifted.
