Course Descriptions Review
This application is used to review course descriptions for active courses in the university catalog. Enrollment Services will first grant access to this application using the Course Descriptions Review: User Role Maintenance application. Courses will be reviewed by the editor, and then passed on to the approver. At each stop in the process, the appropriate staff member can make changes to the description.
After the staff in the department have reviewed a course, Enrollment Services staff members assigned a processor role will then be responsible for the course. Processors can return the course for correction or load the updated course description into Banner. If a course is returned, the processor will indicate a reason and the course will go back to the approver. Approvers will be notified of each returned course through email. When a course is ready for load into Banner, processors can separate the course description into various sections (pre-requisites, repeatability, etc.). This function will standardize the description for appropriate display in the course catalog on the web. Once the updated course description has been loaded into Banner, the process is complete for a course.

Course Fees Review
This application is used to review additional fees attached to the course at the catalog level. It will provide the course, course description with the fee and fee amounts based on the effective term entered. It will also allow the user to limit the selection by the college and department selected.

This application is used to add users for the Course Descriptions Review application. Enrollment Services staff will designate an editor and an approver for each department. Staff with a processor role will also be granted access using this application.

Course Schedule Change Request
This application is used to request a change to an existing scheduled course after the university scheduler has closed down a term. The requestor should select a term from the Term drop-down selection, enter a CRN in the CRN field and select the Get Course Info button. The Get Course Info button will return a course subject, course number and course title if it is a valid CRN. If the CRN is invalid an error message is returned to the user. If a valid CRN is entered then the rest of the change form is displayed.
A maximum number of 6 changes can be made on a single request. Once a Change Type is selected the From field is dynamic and pulls the appropriate information from Banner for display. The To field is also dynamic based on the type of change selected and is either a drop-down selection field, a text field to enter new information, or a search option for a new instructor. Comments can be entered by the requestor. Once the request is submitted an email is sent to the university scheduler group that there is a pending request.

Course Schedule Requests List
This application is used to provide a list of Course Schedule Change Requests and New Schedule Section Requests. There are drop-down selections that can be used to narrow down the list. The different drop-downs are: Term, Status, Creator and Request Type. The list screen displays the request’s Type, Sequence Number, Term, CRN, Subject/Number, Status, Creator and Create Date. By selecting the Seq Num this will take the user to the request's approval screen based on the type of request (change or new).
The approval screen is used to view a request. There are two types of security for this screen: view and modify. Users with modify security are able to either approve or deny a request. Comments can also be entered and the request can be deleted. Users with view security are only able to view information about the request.
This application shows all courses where the instructor has requested CPS (Classroom Clickers) for the term selected. The list is available as a CSV download.
The columns listed are: Requestor ID, Requestor Name, Course Subject, Course Number, CRN, Building Number, Room Number, Start Time, End Time, Days, Max Enroll Number, Enrolled Number, and Request Date.

Faculty Alpha List
This application is used to assign faculty and their percent of responsiblity to a CRN. The process will ensure that the total of all faculty responsiblity equals 100 percent.
New Schedule Section Request
This application is used to request a new section after the university scheduler has closed down a term. There are a number of fields that are required: Term, Course Subject, Course Number, Schedule Type, Instructional Method, Enrollment Max, and Credit Hours (for variable credit hours courses). Many fields are dynamic based on the required information. There is a place for the creator to input comments. A maximum number of two sessions can be entered using this application. A second session can be entered by selecting the Add Session button and removed by selecting the Remove Session 2 button. An instructor’s UNF ID can be entered in the Instructor ID field or the user can search by selecting the magnifying glass icon next to the Instructor ID field. Once a search is complete and an instructor selected the Instructor ID and Instructor Name are displayed on the screen.

Non-APC Change Request
This application is used to enter a Non-APC Change Request or View Received Requests. A Non-APC Change Request can be made for the Catalog and Schedule or Schedule only. The types of changes that are allowed are: change the degree attributes, change the registration restrictions, change the effective term, or change the repeat hours for the course.
If a change to registration restrictions is requested, the restriction type can be specified by the following types: Department, Field of Study, Class, Level, Degree/Program or College.
Non-APC Request View
This application is used to view received Non APC Requests by Term, Status and Creator. From each detail line in the browse, the reviewer can delete a request or view the details of the request and approve or deny the request.
Unused Room Search
This application is used to search for available rooms on campus based on the information entered. All information but Building should be entered to return results. If you are looking for space in a particular building only then should the building field be entered. The information returned in the list is Building, Room, Room Type, Capacity and Partition code.

This application allows a user to search the course schedule by Term and Department. The information that is returned in the listing is: Status, CRN, Course (Subject and Number), Course Title, Credit Hours, Beg Date, End Date, Beg Time, End Time, Meeting Type, Building, Room, Campus Code, Waitlist Count, Approver Code, Instructor Last Name, and Book Info link.
The Course and Instructor are hyperlinks to view the Instructional Satisfaction Questionnaire data and Grade Distribution Percentages for the course or the instructor, respectively.
Distance Learning Schedule
This application allows a user to search the course schedule by Term for all Distance Learning (DL) information. The information that is returned in the listing is: Status, CRN, Course (Subject and Number), Course Title, Credit Hours, Begin Date, End Date, Begin Time, End Time, Meeting Type, Building, Room, Campus Code, Waitlist Count, Approver Code, and Instructor Last Name.
