As part of the Commencement System, when a student completes a graduation application a confirmation email is sent to the student. This nightly process selects all students who have a commencement record who have not already received the email. An email is sent to the student to verify the following information:
Email are sent each day regardless of term.
This nightly process sends an email to a distribution list to report errors in the Commencement system. Any graduation applications for the current term that meet one of the following conditions will be reported:
