Freshman J.T. Townsend was featured on USA Networks' "PGA Tour Sunday" as the result of his friendship with PGA Tour golfer Fred Funk. Funk has met many new faces. But none has affected him quite like J.T., a 19-year-old Episcopal High graduate who suffered a severe spinal cord injury in 2004 while making a tackle in a football game. Townsend's spirit impressed Funk so much that he decided to do something to help J.T. and his family.
