MOCA Jacksonville Hosts 2011 Artists Studio Tour: St. Augustine

Join the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville, a cultural resource of the University of North Florida, for an inside look at the creative life with the “2011 Artist Studio Tour: St. Augustine” at 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 16, and Sunday, April 17.    

    

Participants will tour working studios of artists in the St. Augustine area, seeing their work in progress and getting to interact with them directly. The featured artists are: Maribel Angel, Kevin Dunn, Thomas Glover, Marianne Lerbs, Thomas Long, Sydney McKenna, Wendy Mandel McDaniel, Kate Miller, Jan Miller, Rob Mitchell, David Ouellette, Sarah Elizabeth Pedigo, Susanna Richter-Helman, Joe Segal, Theresa Segal, Karen Sheridan and Jo Sinclair. 

 

Sponsored by Regions Bank, “2011 Artist Studio Tour: St. Augustine” tickets are $35 for members; $40 for non-members; $20 for students and $70 for a VIP Pass, which includes a guided bus tour to several studios and a gourmet box lunch. Tickets are available online at www.mocajacksonville.org 

A special Going! Going! Gone! Auction Party of selected works from the artists will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 17 at the Lightner Museum is included with the purchase of each Artist Tour ticket. For those interested in attending just the auction, tickets are $20 for MOCA members and $25 for non-members.
