The University of North Florida’s College of Computing, Engineering & Construction will host the 5th Annual CCEC Symposium from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, in the Andrew A. Robinson Student Life Center (Building 14), Rooms 1604-1605.
The symposium is targeted at students, professionals and anyone interested in information technology and computing sciences as well as civil, electrical and mechanical engineering and building construction management. Free food and refreshments will be provided.
The symposium will include the following:
- Presentations, posters, and displays from CCEC students and faculty research and design projects.
- Luncheon with guest speakers, including Jacksonville Mayor John Peyton, addressing the importance of technology to the Northeast Florida economy.
- Panel discussion on the UNF campus master plan.
- Awards ceremony recognizing the best student papers and posters.
