THREE STATE UNIVERSITY PRESIDENTS TO HOLD JOINT PRESS CONFERENCE AT UNF

Three state university presidents will conduct a joint press conference at the University of North Florida on Wednesday (May 7) to discuss the impact of proposed budget cuts on higher education in Florida.

The press conference will be at 2:30 p.m. in the President’s Conference Room in JJ Daniel Hall (Bldg 1) on the UNF campus.

Attending will be UNF Interim President Dr. A. David Kline, Florida State University President T. K. Wetherell and University of Florida President Dr. Charles Young.

The three presidents will make brief statements about the extent of cuts facing universities throughout the state followed by an opportunity for questions and answers.
