Sister Cities Visitors-July 23

Five Russian women leaders will tour UNF, hear presentations for the College of Business and the Small Business Development Center, participate in a discussion on university funding and development and be the guests of the UNF Women’s Center at a luncheon on Tuesday, July 23. Their visit has been arranged in conjunction with the Sister Cities program.

Reception for Anne Hopkins-July 31

There will be a reception for Dr. Anne Hopkins on Wednesday, July 31 at 3 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center. Hopkins, who is stepping down from the presidency of UNF, will take a one year sabbatical before returning to the University as a political science professor.

UNF HabiJax House Dedication-Aug. 2

UNF faculty, staff and students have been busy over the summer building two houses for HabiJax. The first home to completed, at 2236 W 45th St., will be dedicated on Friday, Aug. 2 at 3 p.m.
