  Executive vice chairman of Black Diamond Inc.; principal architect in the growth and development of Armor Holdings Inc. from inception in 1996, and the company’s primary operating and executive leader; served as president and chief operating officer of Armor Holdings from March 2003 to July 2007.

 B. A. in economics from Emory University; M.B.A from Harvard Business School

 Serves on the board of directors for the Angelman Syndrome Foundation

 Married with three sons.
