Alumni Association Mission

The University of North Florida Alumni Association is a non-profit organization. Its purpose is to foster, maintain and support a mutually beneficial relationship between alumni and the University. The Board of Directors, comprised of UNF alumni, governs the Association by setting policy, providing guidance for the Association's programs and activities, and represents the interests of alumni to the University. Service on the Board of Directors is open to any interested alumnus.

Guiding Principles

1. Create associations and camaraderie among alumni.
2. Engage alumni through the perpetuation of a sense of tradition, pride and enhanced self-image
3. Empower alumni through the lifelong opportunities for learning and personal and professional development
4. Recruit alumni as active promoters of UNF and the Alumni Association itself as a valuable partner of the University
5. Channel the talents, energies and contributions of alumni for the well being of UNF
