Custodial Trainer



Nature of Work:

This is work conducting in-service custodial training programs.


Typical Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with supervisors and administrative staff to identify desired training program components.
  • Identifies training needs for all new or transferred custodial staff.
  • Assists in developing work measurement programs and work sampling studies.
  • May develop programs for testing and evaluating cleaning products and equipment.


Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma and three years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
