Nature of Work:

This is work performing services related to one or more aspects of Enrollment Services including Admissions, Records and Registration, Financial Aid, Academic Advising, and Veterans Affairs.


Typical Responsibilities:
  • Provides one-on-one assistance to the perspective students and the university community.
  • Resolves issues for student and families.
  • Assists department leadership and intra-institutional groups in resolving specific admission problems.
  • Collects and analyzes enrollment data.

Basic Qualifications:

A high school diploma and five years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
