Nature of Work:
This is work assisting with administrative and fiscal activities associated with contracts and grants.
- Serves as liaison with contract and grant sources.
Monitors daily contract and grant project activities.
Maintains required files and records for grant projects.
Orders and maintains supply inventory necessary to facilitate grants.
Assists with compiling reports for Principal Investigator or grant agencies.
Processes travel documents, reimbursements in accordance current policies and guidelines.
- May assist in the preparation of contracts.
High school diploma and four years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
