Nature of Work:

This is work supervising the Cashier’s Office.


Typical Responsibilities:

  • Train cashier’s office “front line” staff.
  • Maintains records of various accounts (Bookstore, Meals etc.) including reconciliation.
  • Responsible for cash control with the cashier’s office.
  • Audits funds for cash drawers on a regular basis.
  • Prepares cash receipt voucher for armored vehicle pickup.


Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma and four years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
