Nature of Work:
This is work performing a variety of fiscal and budget related functions.
- Maintains various facets of the department’s annual budget.
Maintains departmental fiscal records to ensure proper recordkeeping.
Reconciles budget activities for the department or division such as accounts payable and receivables.
Maintains fiscal files, lease agreements, and other fiscal related documents.
- Prepares financial statements and reports.
A high school diploma and two years experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
