Nature of Work:

This is work performing a variety of fiscal and budget related functions.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Maintains various facets of the department’s annual budget.
  • Maintains departmental fiscal records to ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Reconciles budget activities for the department or division such as accounts payable and receivables.
  • Maintains fiscal files, lease agreements, and other fiscal related documents.
  • Prepares financial statements and reports.

Basic Qualifications:

A high school diploma and two years experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
