Nature of Work:
This is work performing personnel functions in a human resource office. This position handles inquiries and correspondence of a confidential and sensitive nature.
- Performs receptionist and front desk functions.
- Assists with the processing of employees for Payroll.
- Assists functional HR areas as requested.
- Assists student workers on the maintenance and set up of employee files.
- May assist with administrative tasks related to Background Checks.
A high school diploma and two years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
