Nature of Work:

This is work performing personnel functions in a human resource office.  This position handles inquiries and correspondence of a confidential and sensitive nature.


Typical Responsibilities:

  • Performs receptionist and front desk functions.
  • Assists with the processing of employees for Payroll.
  • Assists functional HR areas as requested.
  • Assists student workers on the maintenance and set up of employee files.
  • May assist with administrative tasks related to Background Checks.

Basic Qualifications:

A high school diploma and two years of experience directly related to the job functions.  Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
