The University of North Florida is a great place to work. In addition to a generous benefits package, there are extra savings and discounts available to UNF employees. Check this site often to see new discounts.
- Please note that employees will generally be required to show their UNF Osprey card to receive the applicable discount at the time of purchase.
- Each discount opportunity has its own restrictions. In some cases, the discount providers may limit discounts to only employees and/or a limited number of the employee's family members.
- The University provides the employee discount opportunities in an attempt to benefit its faculty and staff. The University, however, does not warrant the quality of goods or services provided by any business providing UNF employee discounts.

UNF faculty and staff receive a 15% discount on any service. Simply show your Osprey Card to receive the discount.
Avistele Lifestyle Communities
UNF faculty and staff receive rental discounts at the Avistele Lifestyle Communities. Additional information can be found on the following two fliers.

Car Rental Agencies
Employees are eligible to use the state and University contracted rates for personal vehicle rentals through Avis and Enterprise Rent a Car. University rates are lower than the standard rates applied by these companies. To view these rates visit the travel office web page. For more information contact the travel office at (904) 620-2950.
The CDRC offers a readiness program directed toward formal education for preschool children. Computers and movement education programs are also offered. A homework assistance program is available for all school-aged children. Faculty and staff receive priority enrollment.
Services include checking and savings accounts, home banking access, overdraft protection, certificates of deposit, money market deposit account, IRAs, loan services, credit cards, mortgages.
Dell Computers
Faculty and staff receive discounts on personal purchases through Dell. Visit the ITS web page and click "How to request access" for instructions.
Easy Edit Video
UNF faculty and staff will receive UNF’s contracted rates for personal use. Please view the attached flier for rates and contact information.

Faculty and staff are eligible for membership with the First Florida Credit Union. Because they are a not-for-profit organization, the money they earn is returned to members in the form of lower fees, higher dividends, and improved services. The UNF Aquatic Center is open to the public and operates on a year-round basis. The Aquatic Center is designed to accommodate instructional, recreational and competitive aquatic activities. The facility is completely accessible to persons with disabilities. Full-time UNF employees can use the facilities at no cost by providing their Osprey One ID Card. UNF Bookstore
Employees receive a 20% discount on clothing, gifts, school supplies and general reading books. Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) passes also available for sale to faculty and staff.
The Dottie Dorion Fitness Center offers full-time faculty and staff a 10,000 + sq ft comprehensive state-of-the-art fitness facility free of charge. The facility is staffed by highly trained student fitness trainers who are available to design personal workout programs at no charge. Personal training sessions are also available for a low fee.
Eco-Camp is an outdoor summer camp for children ages 7-11 and 12-15. The campers hike through the woods, play games, swim at the pool, learn to canoe and explore the natural habitats on UNF property. Discounts are available to faculty and staff.
UNF faculty and staff receive discounts on meal plans for the various Chartwells dining locations. Payroll deduction is also available.
