Quality Customer Service

The Enrollment Services Processing Office is the “behind the scenes” office that handles the accurate, private and timely processing of all student paperwork in the areas of Admissions, Financial Aid, Records, and Scanning. The 44 hardworking staff members work endlessly long hours to insure that all student paperwork is handled in a timely and efficient manner, often pro-actively finding new ways to increase their productivity and efficiency in an effort to deliver the highest quality customer service to the UNF students.
