Recruitment Interview Weekend
Candidates that meet the application criteria are invited to participate in our Recruitment Weekend, which consists of three parts:
HRL Showcase: This event gives candidates the opportunity to learn more about our various communities, staff teams, and living-learning communities. This time will also be spent getting candidates information for the remainder of the interview weekend. Dress for this event is casual/business casual.
Individual Interviews: Each candidate will have 2 individual interviews with current professional and student staff members of Housing & Residence Life. Dress for this is business casual/business.
If hired as a student staff member, you must complete the Housing Contract for the term you will be a student staff member. Housing Contracts are for the full academic year (Fall and Spring semesters) and are completely separate from the Employment Contract. Be sure to read the Housing Contract for policies and cancellation details.
*Complete a housing contract if you intend to live on campus whether you become a staff member or not.
