We are always happy to meet with prospective students (and their parents) interested in learning more about the Honors & Scholars Program here at the University of North Florida.
If you are planning to visit our office, we strongly suggest you first contact the UNF Visitor Center. At the Visitor Center, you will begin to see why UNF is a great place for your education. The center offers weekly campus tours as well as several other different opportunities to learn more about us.
Once you sign up for your tour through the Visitor Center, you can arrange your meeting with one of our Honors representatives. All appointments with Honors staff are scheduled after the Visitor Center’s activities are completed. This back to back scheduling ensures prospective students and their parents can visit everything within the same day! To arrange an appointment with one of our Honors representatives following your campus tour, simply email us or give us a call at (904) 620-2649.
Saturday Tours are available to students and guests who wish to tour the UNF Campus and Housing facilities on select Saturdays. In addition to touring the campus and housing facilities, guests will hear brief presentations from the below UNF offices:
Open House is an exciting and comprehensive look at many of UNF's unique programs and services. Guests can participate in any of the below activities that take place throughout the Open House event.
For a tentative schedule and explanation of activities please see the Open House Program Agenda.
*On-Site Admissions allow students to receive a tentative admissions decision at the Open House event. Those participating must submit an application for admissions, the application fee ($30), test scores, and high school transcripts to the Office of Admissions well in advance of the on-site date. The UNF Office of Admissions along with several other university offices will be visiting a city near you. This is a great opportunity for you to meet directly with an Admissions Coordinator and find out what UNF has to offer you. Students attending the Off-Campus On-Sites will have the opportunity to participate in On-Site Admissions. On-Site Admissions allow students to submit an application for admissions and the application fee at the event site when you check-in and receive a tentative admission decision during your appointment time.
