All work and no play is a recipe for a burnout. Finding a balance between work, family, social activities, and personal downtime will reduce stress.
Don’t try to fit too much in your schedule, because it won’t leave you time for anything else. Sometimes things take longer than we think.
Making a list of things you have to do and ordering them by level of importance will give you more time to do things you enjoy. Do the unpleasant chores or tasks first, so the rest of your day will be more pleasant.
Break down large products by making a step-by-step plan. Focus on one step at a time, rather than taking on everything at once.
You don’t have to do everything by yourself. If other people can do the task, let them do it. Don’t try to take control of the way others may do something. By doing so, you will let go of much unnecessary stress!
