Mental Health is an essential part of holistic health. Depression, substance use and eating disorders are increasingly common mental health issues on college campuses. Too often symptoms go unreported or are ignored, which leads to more serious mental health concerns. If left untreated, these symptoms will only get worse.

Anger Management

The Department of Health Promotion's Anger Management Intervention allows clients to examine maladaptive coping strategies and behaviors and to develop appropriate anger management skills.
