American Red Cross Adult CPR and Standard First Aid

“The purpose of the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program for the lay responder is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to help sustain life and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until advanced medical help arrives. This program offers a choice of first aid, CPR and AED courses and injury control modules to meet the various training needs of those in workplace, school or community settings”.

Cost

For UNF Students, faculty and staff:
Adult CPR and Standard First Aid: $50
Adult CPR: $25
Standard First Aid: $25

 

CPR Course Schedule

Courses are taught between the hours of 9am and 12pm in The Student Wellness Center Bldg. 61 ste. 1308. The following dates are available during the summer session:

   

     May 17                    July 12

     May 31                    July 26

     June 14                      

     June 28                    

 

Pre-registration is required. Classes can fill up quickly so please register early. You may register in person or by phone. You must stop by our office to pick up a fee slip. The fee slip should be taken to the cashier’s office to pay for the class. Bring your receipt to class. The instructor will pick up your receipts before the end of the class.

 

**Note: CPR/First Aid Certificates will be available for pick in the Health Promotion Office up to seven business days after class has been completed.
