**October 18** before 5 p.m. is the deadline for the receipt of APC proposals, if the proposals are to be processed and approved in time to be included in the 2012-2013 UNF Catalog. Inclusion in the Catalog requires that the proposals be approved at or before the
December 1, 2011, Faculty Association meeting.
*Major program changes will not be voted on during the summer term meetings of the Association (May, June and July).
**February 14** is the last deadline for the major program changes submission included for the
April 5, 2012, Faculty Association meeting.
