Steps For Faculty to ADD, CHANGE, or DELETE Curricula
1.
Complete APC Forms
Important!
To save the APC Forms to your machine, right click the link,
select "Save Target As", pick a destination folder, then click "Save".
To save your data in these forms, you must open the .pdf files
in Adobe Acrobat (5.0 or higher).
This is not the same as Adobe
Reader, which may be your default .pdf application.
Change or terminate an existing course from the catalog of offerings:
  APC2 UNF Course Change or Deletion Form
  APC2 Supplemental Instructions
Request program of study additions, changes, or deletions:
  APC3 UNF Program Addition, Change, or Deletion Form
  APC3 Supplemental Instructions

Receive Approval from All Relevant Chairs and Deans

3.
Submit APC Forms to the Academic Programs Committee
Instructions for Submitting Forms – this document explains the
requirements for submitting your forms for review by the APC.
4.
Track Forms through Remainder of Process
Legislative Calendar – select the year your form was submitted.
Actions by the Faculty Association and Academic Affairs are listed
for each agenda item.
