Minutes of Approval:

Minutes of the October 15, 2009 meeting were approved.

Mr. Miller and Ms. Neidhardt talked to the committee about different kinds
 of insurance available to UNF employees.  Much of the discussion centered on long-term care and disability policies.  Committee members had questions about the strength of the companies.  Mr. Miller noted that companies that UNF contracts with have very good ratings.  Committee members were given information and business cards to share with departments, and Ms. Neidhardt will send some reminder information through Campus Update.  She noted that employees get better deals during open enrollment which ends December 21.

Ms. Neidhardt also said that if employees have issues with People First, it is best if they contact Human Resources to help iron out problems.

The meeting adjourned at 10:50. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 11 at 1:00 p.m. in the Coggin College of Business, Room 2004.
