Faculty Association Standing Committee Annual Report

The Academic Programs Committee is responsible for reviewing and recommending policies regarding degree requirements, academic programs and major changes in the University’s curriculum. This 2011-2012 report contains a synopsis of our accomplishments, including the action items that were submitted to the Faculty Association as well as the status of work in progress that will be continued during 2012-2013.

The Total Number of APC Workflow Packages submitted for the Academic Year 2011-2012 was 178. The submitted packages constituted 2 new degree proposals as well as 126 Undergraduate, 52 Graduate, 1 Non-Degree, 2 withdrawn, 6 cancelled/other conditions, and 1 returned curriculum changes. There are 12 APC Workflow packages pending approval by the Faculty Association in its meeting on September 6, 2012.
