Call To Order:	Dr. Candice Carter called on January 4 for virtual communication.

I.	Welcome and Announcements
	Approved as posted on the Faculty Association web site were the minutes from the December 1, 2011 meeting.

II.	Academic Programs Review

	Philosophy & Program of Religious Studies
	The package containing Log #201108-50 was approved following revision suggestions by the committee members.

III.	Next Meeting
	Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Faculty Association Meeting Room, Bldg. 10, Room 1120.
