Minutes from the meeting of November 10 were approved.

Promotion and Tenure Committee guidelines on hold until ratification of union contract.

Pat Plumlee said that for the spring semester he has a class in this time slot. The committee agreed to change the meeting day to the Wednesday after Faculty Association at noon. Kathy Cohen will report the committee’s business at the monthly Association meetings on Thursdays.

The committee discussed how to deal with a complaint regarding the timing of submittals of Outstanding Teaching Award materials during finals week. Since the union considers this kind of an award within its purview, the committee will delay discussion until ratification of the contract.
