As the meeting began, CTC was still waiting on the Faculty/Staff quick links webpage to be posted. Kathy Hughes called the webmaster to find out why there was a hold up. A miscommunication of what the link should be named for the new faculty page surfaced. Sandro agreed to activate the new page promptly.

Faculty/staff login changes will be effective in May. Kathy Hughes and Allison Cruess explained the need to convert everyone to an N number login as it relates to security. A second layer of security would need to be added to allow alias login. Email alias’ are available. Without a second level of security, ITS is able to create new accounts (adjuncts) for login with 1 hour and for myWings within 24 hours compared to the lengthy waiting period in the past. |

CTC asked for information on who and how often the classroom information sheets are reviewed and updated. Decato Burke is in charge of making these changes and informed us that there isn’t a policy as to how often the information sheets webpage are reviewed. Information and Computer Literacy Assessment – Discussion of whether UNF needs this, what is available, how to implement. Committee thought that individual colleges should handle this. The committee suggested that Academic Affairs create a task force for options for ICI assessment. Diane Tanner will contact the General Education council to see what they have done of this topic. Barbara Tuck volunteered to maintain a webpage with links to plagiarism, citations, reference works, etc. Diane Tanner will contact Kathy Hassell to see if she is still willing to create materials on plagiarism for Barbara to post.

Photo rosters – Kathy Hughes said that photo rosters were possible, however, the belief of ITS was that faculty were not interested in this feature. CTC will present an agenda item at the April FA meeting to forward to ITS as support for this.

Classroom podiums – Alison Cruess asked the committee’s input for the new podiums that would be ordered for the 10 new technology upgraded classrooms. Rather than schedule a meeting to look at the podiums, Alison will send a link to a web page with both podiums so the committee can recommend either the ADA or regular model.
