BUDGET ADVISORY COMMITTEE

| Call to Order: |
Paul Mason called the committee to order at 12:20. All committee members were present. |

Approval of Minutes |

The first order of business was to approve the minutes which was accomplished without objection. |
| |
|
| II. |
Welcome and Announcements |
| |
Next we listened to Ricky Arjune, who provided a document that he had previously provided to the Board of Trustees regarding last year’s expenditures and this year’s budget. Many questions were asked for clarification of issues related to carry-forward, allocations within Academic Affairs, and reserves.

Adjournment & Next Meeting: |

It was decided that at our next meeting we would review clarifying commentary that Paul Mason will write, and distribute, regarding the budget document provided by Ricky Arjune. |

| |
We will next meet on November 2nd at 12:15 to discuss the provision of these budget data to the Executive Committee. We also plan to invite Joann Campbell to our meeting on December 7 th. |
