Log #05/06-152: APC 3 proposal to add courses to the Urban & Metropolitan minor. The approval of additional resources was questioned. Janet Bosnick stated that it is not within the purview of the APC to address resources. Changes need to be made on the page of electives for the program study.

Log #05/06-76: APC3 to add PSY3XXX, Culture and Psychology, to the major electives for the BA and BS degrees in Psychology. The last line in Item 4 will be changed from “Add 3-hour elective to program” to “This change will add an additional three hours to the major electives.” Approved with change.

Log #05/06-77: APC3 to increase the number of prerequisite hours for the MA in General Psychology. The GRE score requirements will be changed. Approved. |
Log #05/06-079: APC2 to add PSY2012, Introduction to Psychology, as a prerequisite for CLP4143, Psychology of Abnormal Behavior. The course description on will be removed on pages 1 and 2 of the request because it does not need to be changed.

New Business/Discussion/Announcements |

There was discussion on getting help to faculty with writing course objectives and learning outcomes. There was discussion on use of online forms and the need to know where the forms are in the process. During the December meeting, the Committee will discuss working out the electronic process. |
