| Janet Bosnick asked the Committee to consider a proposal from Curriculum & Instruction that was submitted after the deadline. The proposal is a request for a new ESOL course which is necessary because of the increased ESOL requirements by the Florida Department of Education and to fill a need for a course devoted to secondary students’ needs. The Committee agreed to review the proposal. |

Resubmitted with assurance that this course is not a replication. This course is a 2000 level course which will replace HSC2991, Health Care Careers, offered as a special topics course. Approved. |
