2004-2005 Annual Report of the Promotion & Tenure Committee
Tenure and Promotion Recommendations

For academic year 2004-2005, the Promotion and Tenure Committee made recommendations on 18 tenure and/or promotion applications. The breakdown of committee recommendations is as follows:

Applications for tenure only: 1

The P&T Committee recommended favorably the single applicant for tenure only.

Applications for promotion to Associate Professor only: 2

The P&T Committee recommended both applicants for Associate Professor only.

Applications for promotion to Associate Professor with tenure: 12

The P&T Committee recommended 11 for promotion with tenure and did not recommend 1 applicant

Applications for promotion to Full Professor: 3

The P&T Committee recommended all three candidates for promotion to professor.

Totals:

The P&T Committee sent forth to the Provost 17 affirmative recommendations and 1 negative.
