Summer Teaching Grant Applications

Chair Mays announced that the Summer Teaching Grant applications are available for review. Fifteen applications were divided among the FEC Committee members, (2-3 per member). Each received three copies: one to evaluate, and two to circulate for evaluation by colleagues in the committee member’s college. The Committee Members should inform Chair Mays who is conducting the evaluations.

Evaluators will assess each of the seven criteria specified on the grant application using a five-point scale. Chair Mays would distribute standardized a form via email that afternoon. Evaluated applications will be returned to Mays in advance of the next meeting.

The committee will convene to review and rank the evaluated proposals at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 29.
