Minutes of the January 13 meeting were corrected and approved. |

Academic Misconduct Policy-Reviewed and edited the text on operation of the review panel. Extended discussion about the presence of attorneys. The group agreed that this is an information gathering process, not a judicial proceeding. Recapped the "Review of Panel Report" section that Judy had rewritten. Discussed the distribution of the report. Ellie and Kathy will look at other section in order to finalize it. It was moved and seconded to accept the revised text. Judy recommended that it be sent to the University Attorney, Karen Stone. The document should make the April agenda. |

Comments on David Courtwright's Faculty Oral History project proposal. The Provost has formed a committee to begin this process. David has asked for an endorsement letter from the co chairs of the Faculty Affairs Committee, but in light of the Provost's positive action, that is not necessary. Steve suggested that a plaque be erected with the names of the charter faculty. Judy will look into the cost. |
