OFE/CIRT update.

ITS update.
-- No activity has occurred since Fred Sudler (CCB) sent a sample of documentation for one of their classrooms. No documents are linked to ITS's "Classroom Equipment link" pages (https://csdweb.unf.edu/compserv/info/techclass.html) as of this morning.
-- Kathy Hughes has informed us the status of the campus networks and computer systems can now be viewed at the top of the Information Technology Services web page (http://www.unf.edu/dept/its). An announcement will be in Campus Update later in the week.

Banner update.
-- Summer registration on osprey online is April 18 - April 22. Advanced Term Registration for Fall is April 26 - May 3. Summer registration will reopen May 6 - June 29. Fall registration will reopen July 25.
-- The functioning of online waitlists was explained. Future enhancements are expected.
-- Discussion of the search tool for the schedule was instructive to all.
-- The displayed names of faculty is inconsistent with the way faculty are known. The Banner consultant indicated this was a function of the developers of the module and was not modifiable without cost. The suggested solution was to ask Human Resources to change the name in the HR system to reflect a preferred name.
