Call To Order:
The meeting commenced at 1:32pm.

Mina Baliamoune, Hong Chen, Lynn Jones, Zornitza Prodanoff, and

Approval of Minutes

Introductory Remarks/Old Business
 
a.
Salary Data File—The committee agreed to pursue gender; comparison with national averages per accrediting agencies; and compression and inversion. Lynn Jones will follow up with the various college deans to obtain accredited program/dept./college information as well as available national averages (per the respective accrediting agencies).
   
III.
New Business/Agenda Items/Information Reports
 
The below (full detail attached) were proposed and approved as a FA info item:

 
1)
The final budgetary process was documented and approved to put forth to the Exec. Committee for inclusion as a FA information item.

 
2)
The #712004—Adjunct Overload (from summer G/L review) has been reallocated. It was documented and approved to put forth to the Exec. Committee for inclusion as a FA information item.

The meeting adjourned at 2:00 pm. The next meeting is scheduled for WED April 6th from
1:30pm – 2:30pm in 10/1130. Ricky Arjune, Chief Budget Officer, will be our April guest.
