Budget Advisory Committee Minutes

Members Present:	Paul Mason, Albert Loh, Hong Chen, Andrès Gallo, Victoria Stanton, Lynn Jones, Gregory Wurtz

Members Absent:	none

All members were present.

I.	The meeting began at 11:00 pm.

II.	The committee discussed the preliminary analysis of general ledger budgeting performed by Lynn Jones. It was decided that Lynn would meet with a representative from the budget office to clarify some concerns and report back at a later meeting.

III.	It was decided that the analysis from Lynn Jones’ general ledger budgeting would be our next topic of discussion.

IV.	The next meeting was scheduled for 2/16/10 at 11:00 pm in 42/3136.

V.	Neither the February nor March meetings took place because Lynn was not ready with her update.
