Colleagues--

I am pleased to be able to share with you the results of the Campus Climate Survey conducted by the Faculty Association in the spring semester, 2010.  These final results have been delayed due to some coding issues in the original data.  However, past Faculty Association President Kathy Robinson has worked diligently to get these issues resolved, and has forwarded the attached report for delivery to the faculty.

The FA survey  is a general assessment of university conditions from the perspective of faculty aspirations and satisfaction.  It is not intended to focus on specific offices, programs, or individuals.

I hope that you will take the time to review the survey results.  Your Faculty Association is always interested in your feedback and any suggestions on how we can better serve the interests and concerns of the UNF faculty.
