QUESTION SYNOPSIS-II:
In the Faculty Handbook, in the Procedures on Promotion and Tenure, Section 5.3 states:
5.3 Promotion and Tenure Policies and Procedures
“Administrators who seek tenure and promotion must do so on the basis of their teaching, scholarship, and service contributions, rather than on the basis of their administrative duties.”
The question for the committee is whether administrative duties in Higher Education are considered “service.”

QUESTION SYNOPSIS-I:
Scott Hochwald said that Building 51 is a green building, so he wanted to be green and walk up and down the stairs rather than take the elevator.  However, the staircases were locked and he wanted to know why.

QUESTION SYNOPSIS - II:
With regulations governing the driving of golf carts, skateboards, bicycles, etc., why are
there not any regulations for students driving automobiles and pick-up trucks on sidewalks near the green and on the green itself?

QUESTION SYNOPSIS-III:
Apparently there are a number of students who are parking in vendor spaces, particularly by Building 51.  Upon closer examination of the cars parked in these spaces, which seems to be more prevalent at night, it appears that these are fraternity members who are parked in these spaces and they do appear to have valid vendor permits.  Does a fraternity count as a vendor?  If not, then is there some sort of loophole that is allowing this to happen?  If so, how do we close this loophole?

QUESTION SYNOPSIS-IV:
As someone who either walks or rides the JTA bus to work every day, I have long advocated for better pedestrian/wheelchair access around campus.  The situation has only gotten worse and not better.  We need to get a pedestrian path on both sides of UNF Drive and on both sides of Alumni Drive and pedestrian lights installed at the bus stops.  Whom do I talk to get something done about the lack of footpaths for pedestrians and wheelchairs at UNF?

QUESTION SYNOPSIS-VI:
There are accreditation associations who are requesting UNF catalogs in an electronic format as part of the documentation for accreditation purposes.  Currently, there is not a simple way to produce a hard copy of the catalog. Can a button be generated to produce a PDF version of the catalog similar to the hard copy versions that we used to have?
