If you walk out of the Library and walk left toward Building Two, there is a 20 feet overhang to protect Library patrons from the rain. You then reach an area fully covered by the old Library atrium. Instead of stepping out from underneath the cover to the outside sidewalk, you will be able to step into the old Atrium, which we anticipate will be opened as a Starbucks and student lounge, and walk out the other Atrium door to a covered walkway. Therefore, as long, as the rain is not coming down in sheets diagonally, you should be able to go from the Library to the covered walkway without getting wet.
