Student Login Changes |

Beginning January 1, 2006, all students will use a single login—their Spriden ID (‘N’ number) to login to all student accounts. The new login will apply to Blackboard, Horde webmail, myWings, Osprey, dial in, etc.

| ITS has announcements planned in the Student and Campus Updates and a large advertisement in the Spinnaker during the last week of the fall term and first week of the spring term. An email will be sent to all-faculty and adjuncts in December containing a template that can be sent to students explaining the ID changes and step by step instructions. |

In the likelihood that faculty will receive questions from students concerning the new ID and the login process, faculty should direct students to the ITS Self Service Page at http://www.unf.edu/app/ess . This is where students (and faculty) can find their UNF ID, change their password, choose a friendly email alias, forward email, and select spam handling options. |
