Department of Health Science Reorganization

	Split the Department of Health Science into (1) Department of Athletic Training and Physical Therapy and (2) Department of Health Science.

Rationale:
	The newly reorganized Department of Health Science will consist of all programs currently in the Department of Health Science other than the athletic training and physical therapy programs. The reorganization has no cost associated to it. The use of current resources is being used to further the goals of the Department and the College.
