The Collective Bargaining Agreement defines the composition of the Sabbatical Selection Committee as follows: "The committee shall be comprised of tenured employees elected by tenured employees." The Faculty Association cannot and does not wish to presume to alter this definition in any way. We do, however, recommend that to avoid the appearance of impropriety anyone related to an applicant should not stand for election to this committee.
