QUESTION SYNOPSIS

I would like the following question regarding administration of SUSSAI raised in today's meeting.

According to the Faculty Handbook (Ch 5, p 8), "after the instructor establishes the date of administration (of the SUSSAI), the Office of Academic Affairs will assume logistic responsibility for the administration of the instrument"

Who is the person in Academic Affairs to be contracted by a faculty member to initiate this process? What are the time lines for administering the SUSSAI for 8, 10 and 12 week summer courses?
