QUESTION SYNOPSIS

Question 1.
I requested, on September 21, a computer/projector equipped classroom for a course I am assigned for the next term. I received the following reply from the Dean's Office in the COAS.

"We have only two DAVIS rooms at night and these were requested about four times over for Tuesday/Thursday nights. I have a list, with several courses in front of Dr. Rao's, of who would go next. But I don't expect any of the night rooms to come open."

Will more projector-equipped rooms be provided?

Question 2.
Different computer-equipped classrooms on the campus are controlled now by different units. Several phone calls are needed to check the availability of any of these rooms, if at all we know whom to call.

Can the control be centralized for more efficient use of the resources?
