This note is a follow up to our conversation regarding Sodexho-Marriott a providing a person out side the Faculty Center area.
Osprey Dining Services has been unsuccessful in finding a candidate to sell outside the Faculty Center area for a trial lunch period. They have suggested that we wait until Fall 2000 before we attempt this service again. This service was originally suggested by Chris Rache at this location in November 1999 right after the Grand Opening. The test period proved to be unsuccessful and the service was discontinued.
If you recall, Sodexho-Marriott also attempted a test period outside the Faculty Center in February from 7:30 am- 9:00am but proved unsuccessful. I don't believe the summer is a good time to attempt this again and recommend waiting until Fall.
