Dear Dr. Robinson,
The decision was made by the UNF Faculty to return a portion of the Legislative Agenda Item
# 3-FA 08-17, considered at the Faculty Association meeting held on 4/3/08.
After considering the documentation provided by Dr. Daniel (see Exhibit 1: memorandum from Dr. Larry Daniel, Dean, College of Education and Human Services, dated 4/9/08,) the APC unanimously decided (voting was held via email) to:
“Forward the items to the Faculty Association Executive Committee so they consider their inclusion as part of the legislative agenda to be considered by the UNF Faculty at the FA meeting to be held on May 1st, 2008.”
