Registration Reinstatement

| The Academic Standards Committee recommends the Registration Reinstatement form be replaced with the following form: |

This form is used by students to request reinstatement into classes of which they have been administratively purged as a result of non-payment of fees. The new form eliminates faculty signatures which are currently required under the current procedures.
